Where does BY PARIAH ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping via express couriers. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location, but most international orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all non-customized pieces within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the luster of your pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in the provided pouch when not in use and clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
Yes, sustainability and ethics are at the heart of our brand. We use recycled gold and work exclusively with suppliers who are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every BY PARIAH piece comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty. This covers any production defects but does not include accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Can I request a custom size or bespoke design?
We offer ring resizing services for many of our designs. For completely bespoke inquiries, please contact our concierge team to discuss creating a one-of-a-kind piece.
