At BY PARIAH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the items in their original BY PARIAH gift box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all certificates and tags are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
